Head & Body - in Porto Cupecoy

Aujourd’hui, direction le nouveau village de Porto Cupecoy,  car  j’ai décidé de confier mon indomptable chevelure aux mains expertes de Walter, du Salon « Head & Body ».

Mais d’abord, pourquoi « Head & Body » (la tête et le corps) ?

Et bien  car ce n’est pas seulement un salon de coiffure : ici, on peut aussi faire appel aux services de   Laura, coach sportif personnel  et spécialiste des problèmes de  nutrition, pour retrouver un corps parfait en harmonie avec son esprit !

En entrant dans le salon à la décoration  moderne et épurée, première surprise : Walter, le maitre des lieux,  m’attendait. Et oui, c’est aussi le concept de ce salon pas comme les autres : Walter reçoit uniquement sur rendez-vous et ne s’occupe que d’une cliente  (ou d’un client) à la fois, donc pas  d’attente,  ce  qui est fort appréciable pour les « toujours pressés » comme moi !

Je m’installe donc  dans un confortable fauteuil et tandis que Walter  fait une première analyse de mes cheveux, nous discutons sur le résultat que je souhaite obtenir "precisamente" (Il est italien)

Avec l’humidité qui règne sur l’île, mes cheveux sont sujets aux frisotis et avec la longueur, il est difficile de les coiffer correctement, sans passer par brushing et compagnie. Il  opte donc pour un défrisage léger, avec une crème « Relaxer » sans ammoniaque  qui va lisser les cheveux sans les abîmer, et surtout qui ne nécessite pas de soins spécifiques après traitement, contrairement aux nombreux défrisages  pratiqués  sur l’île.

Walter se met à la tâche et me prodigue tous les soins nécessaires  à ma transformation capillaire, agrémentés d’un  massage du cuir chevelu  qui m’aurait presque entrainé dans les bras de Morphée !

1h00 plus tard, il m’installe devant l'imposant miroir qui trône au milieu du salon.

  "- Pourquoi un si grand miroir ? lui demandai-je

-               - Pour  te voir dans ton ensemble  et donc mieux cerner ta personnalité. Ainsi, je peux mieux « sentir »  la coiffure  qui va te correspondre" me répond –t’il avec son adorable accent italien. 

Intéressant.

Quelques instants plus tard, le « Maestro » termine son œuvre.

 Résultat : mes cheveux sont   parfaitement lisses, soyeux  et brillants, exactement ce que j’espérais !

Today, we go to the new village of Porto Cupecoy, as  I decided to give my indomitable hair to the expert hands of Walter, the owner of "Head & Body" salon.

But first, why "Head & Body" ?
Well because it is not just a hairdresser salon : here you can also avail the services of Laura, personal trainer and specialist in nutrition problems, she will help you  to find a perfect body in harmony with your  mind!

Upon entering the room with modern and sleek décor , the first surprise: Walter, the master of the place, is waiting for me. And yes, it's also the concept of the salon :  
Walter receives only by appointment and only deals with one client  at the time, so no waiting which  is very significant for the "always in a hurry" like me!

So I sit in a comfortable chair and while Walter does a first analysis of my hair, we discuss the results that I want to get "precisamente" (He is Italian)
With the humidity on the island, my hair is prone frisotis and with the length, it is difficult to style it properly, without going through brushing and other stuff. He opts for a slight straightening, with a "Relaxer" cream without ammonia, which will smooth the hair without damaging them, and that requires no special care after treatment, unlike many straightening practiced on the island.
Walter goes to work and  lavished all the care needed for processing my hair, complete with a head  massage which would have almost  send me in the arms of Morpheus!

1:00 later, he settled me down in front of the imposing mirror that stands in the middle of the room.
"- Why such a large mirror? I asked
-  Well To see you in your whole and thus better understand your personality. Thus, I can better "feel" the hairstyle that will match you"  he answered me  with his adorable Italian accent.
Interesting.
A few moment  later, the "Maestro" finished his work.
Result: my hair is perfectly smooth, silky and shiny, exactly what I expected!

Verdict

The - :         - As they just opened the salon, no credit card accepted at this time

Can't wait to go back!
