Why 2 different cards?
"Resident" Card
The Black Sxm Privilge card is valid for 2010 year, so it is more advantageous for residents and people who visit the island often.
"Tourism" card
The Blue card has a maximum validity of one month and can be used until the expiration date, which is marked on the back of the card.
This card is intended for tourists who would like to avail of the benefits and privileges while staying on the island.
How to use my card?
“Restaurants”
Present your card when ordering if the discount is a free beverage or when you ask for the check or paying if the offer is a discount on total bill.
You will receive a discount or some other privilege, as per the conditions stipulated in the guide and on our website.
"Businesses"
Rendezvous at one of our partners and present your Card when paying for your purchase or service.
You can avail of the advantages as often as you like until the validity of your card.

Why do the establishments offer such a good discount?
By subscribing to the concept, establishments become known and are presented in both in the Guide and on the website for 2011 year. So we bring them new clients.
How long is the card valid for?
The expiration date is written on the card. It is no longer valid once the month stipulated on the card is over.
How will I be received as a discount customer?
The quality of service remains the same because our advertisers have agreed to give these discounts so that you will discover and appreciate them. They hope that their friendly attitude and excellent services will entice you to return again and again!
Can people keep going back to the same establishment with the card?
The card enables you to discover new establishments for 1 year (or for 1 month for the Tourist card); you can return and take advantage of your privileges as often as you like.
What should be done if an establishment refuses to give the discount?
Firstly, you must make sure that you have complied with the terms and conditions of the card and the specific conditions of the establishment.
Perhaps the establishment changed hands and the new management does not wish to subscribe to our concept. Normally, our list of advertisers is up to date on our website, if otherwise, please inform us immediately so that we can rectify it.
In any event, every partner has agreed to accept the card. Should he refuse to apply the promised discount it would be akin to false advertising and would destroy his reputation.
However, we decline all responsibility in the case of an establishment refusing to honour their commitment.
