Article 1-

The card is usable in every establishment advertised in the guide and on the website.

The card must be presented when ordering in restaurants if the offer is free beverage or when paying if offers are discounts. Otherwise, the management may refuse to give the discount.

Article 2-

Benefits offered with the card are always specified on the page of the establishment’s advertisement and are non negotiable.

As regards the restaurants, the card is only accepted with purchase of meals. It is usable whenever the restaurants are open with the exception of Mother’s Day, Valentines Day, Thanksgiving, New Years Eve, Christmas and New Year’s Day.

It can be used as follows:

-          1 bill per table (not separate bills)٭

Every restaurateur reserves the right to modify his conditions, in this event, the particular conditions will be specified in the list of privileges in the guide and on the website.

For the others establishments, the card is valid only for the owner, and not valid with others offers or discount.

Article 4-

Sxm Privilege Card reserves the right to withdraw offers that no longer seem to conform to the level of the required service.

Article 5-

The expiration date is stamped on the card and it is unusable after this date.

Article 6-

Sxm Privilege declines all responsibility if for some reason, one or more establishments close down or refuse the card. The advertisers have guaranteed in their contract to honour the conditions of the card; they alone are responsible if they do not adhere to this.

 The card cannot be refunded or exchanged under any circumstances. Its utilisation implies the complete acceptance of the present conditions with no exception.

Article 7-

All details about the establishments presented on our site are given for information purposes only. Therefore Sxm Privilege Card cannot be held responsible if an establishment modifies their service or the price thereof. 

Consequently, we reserve the right to modify or bring the information up to date at any given moment. For this reason we urge our clients to draw our attention to any advertisement that seems incorrect.

All links to other websites are inserted for the sake of convenience. Therefore Sxm Privilege Card is not responsible for these sites or their content.

Article 8-

-          All disputes are subject to French law and are within the jurisdiction of the Commercial Court in Basse Terre - Guadeloupe.
