Description

Pascal & Donna ont ouvert PIAZZA PASCAL au coeur de la galerie LA PETITE FAVORITE à Grand Case.
Le Chef PAscal, d'origine Italienne est né à Paris et a fait ses études à la prestigieuse Académie de Paris.
Après avoir travaillé dans la restauration en France pendant de nombreuses années, il s'installe au Etats-Unis et se marie avec  Donna.
Ensemble, ils ouvrent un restaurant à Detroit et finalement, s'installent à St Martin à l'automne 2009.
La carte du Piazza Pascal comporte donc toutes leurs influences culturelles : une touche de France, un soupçon d'Italie mélangée aux délicieuses saveurs Créoles!
Avec Pascal en cuisine et Donna au service, vous aurez un mélange étonnant d'une cuisine Franco/Italienne avec en prime l'hospitalité Américaine!
 

Pascal and Donna Paviani have opened Piazza Pascal in the plaza in the center of Restaurant Row in Grand Case. Chef Pascal was born and raised in Paris, although the family is of Italian descent. He trained in Paris at the Academie of Paris. After working in the restaurant business in France for a while, he came to America where he met and married Donna. They had a restaurant near Detroit and moved to the island in the fall of 2009. The menu incorporates his French training with his Italian upbringing and his love of the Caribbean flavors. With Pascal in the kitchen and Donna in the dining room you have "French/Italian cuisine with American hospitality". Stop in soon.
